When your child goes to school – the first week every teacher sends paper after paper requiring a parent to ‘sign-off’ to agree to whatever is on the paper. Now you have some papers to send to the teacher requiring a signature yourself. Every parent needs some documents that they can send to their teacher to ensure that their expectations are met and very clear at the start of the school year. Below are some forms that we hope you will utilize.
Parent/Teacher Notification Form – This form tells your teacher that you appreciate their hard work for your child. The form notifies your teacher of the gender, pronouns, clothing and expectations set for your child. Further it establishes that you will be advocating for your child and will use your parental legal authority to protect your child. Should you need to resolve any issues.
